Returns and refunds

This policy defines exactly when an order can be refunded or returned. Please read it before ordering. By placing an order on this store you accept these conditions.

The 90-day money back guarantee, what it covers The 90-day money back guarantee applies in two situations only:

• Your order never arrives. If the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, or the tracking shows no delivery within 45 days of shipment, we reship the order or refund it in full.
• You return the product new and untouched. The item must be unopened, unused, never consumed, with all seals, accessories, and packaging intact, and be shipped back to us directly after you decide not to keep it. After inspection, we refund the product price.

The guarantee window runs for 90 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.

What cannot be returned or refunded - Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price. Any product bought during a sale, with a coupon code, at a bundle discount, or at any price below the regular listed price is a final sale. It is not refundable and not exchangeable. - Opened or used products. The kits include consumable components (cleaning supplies, brushes, storage media and similar accessories). Once the packaging has been opened or any part of the kit has been used or consumed, the product cannot be restocked and the return cannot be accepted. - Products returned incomplete, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging. - Return requests made after the 90-day window.

Defective or damaged on arrival If your unit arrives damaged in transit or presents a manufacturing defect out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos or a short video. After verification we ship a replacement unit or issue a refund. This applies regardless of the purchase price, including promotional orders.

How to request a return 1. Write to info@memoryvaultbox.us with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed. 2. We confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions. 3. Ship the item back with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for items that arrived damaged or defective. 4. Once the return is received and inspected (unopened, unused, complete), the refund is issued.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the amount can take a few additional days to appear. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are not refunded.

Order cancellation You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Write to info@memoryvaultbox.us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has shipped, the order follows the return rules above.

Chargebacks If you believe something is wrong with your order, contact us first. We resolve virtually every situation faster than a payment dispute.
